BX-DCPA      Dicyclopentenyl acrylate     CAS No.33791-58-1

BX-DCPA can be readily copolymerized via its acrylate group. In addition, the pendant functionality derived from the dicyclopentene moiety can subsequently undergo crosslinking through its double bond. The copolymerization can be carried out in emulsion or solvents, whilst the crosslinking of the dicylopentene moiety can be carried out using conventional peroxides or irradiation.
